I’m not known for reckless risk-taking, but, after 16 years, I did make one daring decision for my current job: I left a successful executive position in which I had led one of the company’s most successful sales teams. I did this because I wanted to learn something new and apply my existing experience and expertise to something different.
At Next-Consulting, I specialize in competency evaluations as well as personality and aptitude testing. I have a degree in Economics – I’ve always felt drawn to making everything in life measurable and quantifiable. My goal is to use the precise presentation of competencies to make corporations and individuals aware of all that they are capable of, their own untapped potential and how they can improve and better perform.
